Nata de coco business development has good economic potential. is a low-calorie snack whose fiber can aid physiological processes. It an appealing aroma and be prepared in variety of flavors, it lasts long time. The nata was chosen as the training material because with simple processing technologies, making to execute for students. purpose program SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang students strengthen their skills. Lectures, debates, practices are used carry out method. program's results reveal that understand produce coco, well different types nata. Students believed nata-making course quite beneficial increasing excitement entrepreneurship.
